API works with UTC dates

DateTime in format yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.

Date in format yyyy-MM-dd.

Charset is UTF-8.

Language is controlled by url. Danish language is default when you need English, Swedish or German, you need to add en/ for English etc.
